This is my first blog here and I want to talk about behavioral profiling. In today's economy it's really important that you get along with different types of people. One way to do that is by profiling a person. I am not saying this will work for everyone but for me it is working so far. Let me start by giving you the four types of behavior, by the way I learned this profiling tip from my boss at work he's really good in getting along with any kind individual. So first profile is the Directive type this person know's exactly what they want and they don't want bitting around the bush approach. They use phrases such as I need you to or I want you to do this etc.The best thing to do if you encounter directive people is to answer the directly.Second Profile is the systematic approach, these people like the step by step technique in everything they do. They are organized and they like asking questions so it's important to pay attention while they are speaking or giving instructions. Third is the expressive people, these people tend to talk a lot they want to be heard first before you give out answer or solution to their problem. Most of the time they need assurance statements and empathy as well. Last is the tolerant, I can say that this is my behavior. These people are the hardest to please they might agree with you at some point however they have something in mind that they cannot just express. If you encounter tolerant people you have to make sure that they are involve in the conversation and always ask questions and see if they are satisfied or if they agree with you.
